Climbing Arborist

We are currently seeking experienced Climbing Aborists who have a passion in the proper care of our urban forest. This position will involve daily pruning and removal of large and sometimes hazardous trees.

Qualifications

At least 3 years full-time climbing experience including at least 1 year as lead-climber position in the tree care industry
Clean class C driver's license
Current ISA and/or TCIA Arborist Certification or Oregon class A CDL is preferred but not required (Acquisition required within 12 months if eligible

Requirements

Perform all required ground and climbing duties within job assignments, as directed by crew leader
High safety standards, equipment inspection/use skills, proper use of approved knots, proper climbing and rigging techniques and procedures, proper pruning and removal skills
Understand and adhere to all ANSI safety rules and company safety standards
Carrying out any additional duties as assigned by crew leader or other manager
